This is my most recent charcoal drawing, a story of resilience in a way. I just finished studying "The artist's complete guide for drawing the head" by William Maughan and I was trying some techniques from there. The week was busy and the time I had for drawing was inconsistent, so I sort of restarted portions of the drawing a lot. At times, I felt like quitting, but ultimately, I pushed through, and could not be happier with the result.
